Huawei will soon release five different Android based devices, one of them is the Smakit S7. This device has an 7″ wide touchscreen with the resolution 800×480. The Smakit S7 comes with a customised Android interface and allows users to very easily access local information, social networks and applications stores. Reconviliers Hercules Golf Master watch is for all those golfers that really like spending money on gadgets. The mirror uses Augmented Reality and allows users to test the make-up without actually putting it on their faces. It uses a camera that scans your face and then computes a list of recommendations to finally apply the make-up on your virtual face. In real time!

Imation announces the Imation Pro WX, the worlds first wirelss external HD. The hard drives range is up to 9 meters and offers a total storage of 1,5 TB. The Pro WX uses USB to connect wireless and is compatible with both PC and MAC. The transfer rate is 15 MB per second that gives you a transfer time of 50 secunds for a CD. The price is expected to be about $450.

In the first release you had to have either an iPhone or a mobile phones based running on Android. Yesterday Spotify finally released a verion that runs on Symbian based phones as well. This opens up the world of Spotify for owners of many different models from Nokia, SonyEricsson and Samsung.

To check if you mobile is compatible, just surf in to m.spotify.com from you mobile phone. In order to bring your music with you everywhere you must be a premium member but you can then also listen to your music when being offline. Unfortunately Spotify mobile is only availible for users in Great Brittain, Spain, France, Norway, Finland and Sweden. Casio now announces the Exilim EX-G1, the digital camera has a two-layer body with steel and polycarbonate. This makes the EX-G1 waterproof, dustproof and shock-resistant. According to Casio the camera survives from a 2 meter fall and can even be under 3 meter deep water for an hour withou taking damage! Since the camera is waterproof it can even be taken for a swim that lets you capture pictures under water.

So, what comes when buying this tough digital camera? The Exilim EX-G1 is approx 2 cm thick and has a 3 times optical zoom that does not extend. The LCD display is protected by a acrylic plate and is 2.5″. When it comes to the specifications EX-G1 captures pictures with 12 megapixels and can record videos in 30fps AVI at 848×480.

When it comes to pricing, Casio says that an estimated price will land around $300, can be expected to hit the shelves in December this year and comes in red and/or black.

Mercedes Benz has now launched their iPhone and Blackberry application mbraze. With mbraze you can control your Mercedes remotely with your phone. The new application lets you lock and unlock your Mercedes and see the cars location on a map if you forget where your parked it.

Mbraze also has a saftey function included:

“In the event your airbags deploy or your seatbelt Emergency Tensioning Devices are activated, Automatic Collision Notification will immediately relay your location to the Mercedes-Benz Emergency Response Center and attempt to establish voice communication between you and an mbrace Customer Specialist. If you request assistance or are unable to respond, the Customer Specialist will notify the appropriate emergency service provider and stay on the line until help arrives.”

The mbrace system will be fully rolled out on all new Mercedes during 2010.

The Vulcan EBF-50 is a scaled-up version of the Vulcan EBF-25, is approximately twice as large as the EBF-25 and fires Nerf Mega Darts. The smaller piece takes power from batteries while the EBF-50 draws power from a wall outlet! SO, this is nothing you run around with.  

Unfortunately, the NERF Vulcan EBF-50 is just a concept piece and not available in stores. Even though the Vulcan EBF-50 is often shown off at Nerf promotions. So, lets keep our fingers crossed that this will hit the open market!
